Thank you for ordering from WijnFred BV! We are happy to inform you of the conditions surrounding shipping, delivery and returns.
It is possible to have your order delivered to your home. For shipping your order Wine Fred has a partnership with PostNL. For shipping the standard PostNL shipping rates apply. When you choose for shipment your order will be handled as follows:
The moment your order is ready for delivery it will be shipped with 24-hour delivery, the day after your order is shipped the order will be delivered to the delivery address you provided in the Netherlands. A time of delivery can hereby not be disclosed.
On the day of shipment, you will receive a shipping notification from Wine Fred, so you know your order is shipping.
You can also choose during the ordering process to pick up your order at our warehouse at Oostmaaslaan 31 A-B, in Rotterdam. Collection is by appointment only. You can reach us at the number: 010 212 0110.
Return and exchange policy
Are you unexpectedly not satisfied and want to exchange or return your purchase? Items can be exchanged with us or you can get a refund. Contact us at 010-2120110 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your return request, you will receive a return form from us immediately.

Returning the purchase
The item to be exchanged or returned must be received by us within 14 days from the day of purchase. A damaged item must be returned within 7 days. WINEFRED is free not to accept items returned outside of the above period.
Returning and/or exchanging a package within the European Union is free the first time. Additional charges will apply for each subsequent return and or exchange shipment within the same order. If the customer decides to return the package by other means, all shipping costs related to returning the package to WINEFRED must be paid in advance. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are not refundable.
We only accept returns of goods purchased through this website. Pack and seal the return item carefully, if possible in the original packaging. We recommend sending the return via a carrier that provides a so-called tracking number to ensure that the shipment is not lost. We accept no liability for returned items.
Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The amount of all undamaged, properly returned items will be credited to the credit card or bank account of the original purchaser. This involves using the original payment form. Please note that your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.
We can never refund more than the purchase price of the item. International customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are not refundable.
